Scrub forty versions in one scroll

The spindle should feel like rewinding film, not opening forty files.

Version history only matters if you can move through it fast. Clicking v01, v02, v03… is archaeology. Scrubbing is time travel.

We're tuning the Chronicle spindle so dense timelines stay readable — forty versions on one line, one gesture to land anywhere.

The goal isn't more saves. It's confidence that any save is one scrub away.
